Using Technology to Teach Science and Math in the Classroom
The primary goal of the institute is to teach teachers how to design lessons that integrate the use of technology into their daily Science and Math instruction
The sessions within this CLES cohort will cover topics related to student use of laptops within a classroom. Throughout this series of sessions each member will get hands-on experience on the actual laptops and associated software. This moodle will be used to guide the discussions, collect feedback from individuals, and encourage collaboration as a tool for continued communication between CLES cohort members throughout the year.
- As educators, we must employ a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of differentiated classrooms and insure a classroom environment that is conducive to learning. VoiceThread is an easy to use web application to support student engagement.
